I'm looking forward to the day when the number reaches 10% of the population. No, really!
Because on that day when someone points out that the government thinks 1 in 10 is a terrorist,
it may trip the bullshit meter in the  minds of many average Americans, and they will realize that
this is some sad, sick joke. And the more seriously the Gov takes it, the more absurd they will apear.

That called "Critical Mass"-  This 10%. This applies in other matters, also. We're looking for this. What's 10% of  6 Billion?  600 million?
