I was down at my friendly local Technical Books store and found the following, pretty decent explaination of PGP & GPG

I've been looking for something like this.  An idiot's guide type deal, but I refuse to buy anything with "idiots" or "dummies" in the title.  Even if it's applicable, it's the principle of the thing.
