Hmmm. I thought I was clearer than that.

Time stopped. For a long time. Except for this one dude, who obviously went kind of nuts, took it as a chance to create an 'artwork'. Time restarts at the end.

Dangit, the joke ain't no good iffen I have to explain it! :P
