I'm thinking they will be stopped.
They are thinking not.
It will be an interesting show.
Here's hoping you are right.
When I see something like this I am reminded of listening to a programme the "global warming/wealth redistribution scam" on talkback radio about 10 years ago. A caller said "oh it won't succeed, it just can't succeed, it is too evil to succeed". I can think of a number of things world-wide that that applies to now.
the globalists have made progress. Whoever said "oh it won't succeed, it just can't succeed, it is too evil to succeed" is probably an advocate now. What the bad people excel at is packaging and selling these ideas as a benefit to the world.
Even at the lowest institutional level there is some kind of imperative that drives the herd. It has to do with human psychology. The bad people know this and don't even have to do much.
Here is an article that illustrates the point in a scary way. Scary because I had never thought in those terms at the local level. Although if you've ever been on a committee you could see the same thing in operation.

My experience of booking a room in a bureaucratic-totalitarian society...
In the spirit of Vaclav Havel's 'poster test' (complete essay here); I had an illustrative experience about a decade ago trying to book a room for informal weekly meetings.

My interpretation of this situation is that this is a good example of how totalitarian power works, and the everyday, micro-level.
