"Wrongful death"?  How was this not murder?  This is saying that police has a perfect right to kill if they want to, just not outrageously.

From the people that brought you fruitvale bart station. Geez everybody, I thought i was tasering the unarmed, handcuffed, face down, man in the back. I didn't realize it was a gun I was shooting. Oh well, better luck next time !
