Joe Sample: Ashes to Ashes

Joe Sample is the piano player from the Crusaders. His album "Carmel" has been a favorite of mine since 1979. This one came out in 1990, but I didn't get it until much later. It's nearly as good.

Just found me a bunch of episodes of "Damon Runyon Theater".  So old radio show incidental music backing up dialog for a while.

The new Black Sabbath album- "13"  It kicks ASS! Ozzy is back in lead vocal. It seems that Sabbath has joined the zeitgeist movement. One of the songs on the album is actually called "zeitgeist" and the first music video, "God is Dead", was created by Peter Joseph, the filmmaker that created, directed, and distributed the Zeitgeist films. Joseph used scenes from the zeitgeist movie to create the video. Here it is-

I am not trying to promote the zeitgeist movement, just really good tunes!
