Lots of different things...

Vivaldi, so many more.
James Galway (fantastic flautist )
Andrea Bocelli - best Italian tenor ever
Andres Segovia - classical guitar
And many different disks that combine nature sounds with classical music. I don't think they are made any longer, but my collection of "Nature Quest" will give me joy for a long time.

Won't bring out the Christmas music until Dec. 24. Then will listen to The Messiah and others.

I just bought Granma a Susan Boyle CD for Christmas. I don't normally buy stuff, but she hinted in no uncertain terms that she wanted it and if I didn't want to sleep outside this winter...

I also got her a Sim game where you have to manage a 50's drive in restaurant and you get to play oldies music as a reward for your hard work... She's always playing Majong, so I figured she'd like a little something to end the monotony.

I like to listen to 8 on the 80s (all 80s music) on XM, 7 on the 70s on XM, and my local AM station.

Not right this minute, but earlier this even we were listening to B.B. King...LIVE!!!  If you get a chance to see him - take it.  At 82 he's still going strong and sounds fantastic.

I saw his performance and agree it was a fantasic performance! Tina Turner and Eric Clapton had great concerts as well :)

JUNKER - Do you also like the Golden Oldies music? I love Nat King Cole, Bobby Darin, Perry Como, etc. But, Dean Martin is my favorite :)

Sure.  Glad to, Rags.  I got bit by the 'Swing' and then,
seemingly, Glenn Miller's lyrics-writing of 'Over the
Rainbow,'
When these things happen, I go looking for the right queue.

At the moment an Austrian Waltz on my local classical station.

When I am not in the mood for classical I have a very eclectic mix available on cds.
From Steel drum through classical [mostly Mozart] to some country stuff but my absolute favorite is Bob Wills and his Texas Playboys. [Texas Western Swing]

I had the pleasure of watching her accompany her daughter in the Willow Creek Saloon this past summer.
Excellent singers both of them and a very nice place the Saloon.
