Thunder, does Amazon pick the music choices, or do you and Claire?  Can we give suggestions?

We have not placed any music titles in that section, so Amazon is currently picking them.  You're more than welcome to suggest titles, if you'd like.

I should reiterate that, as HippyChimp pointed out earlier, once we start selecting titles for a category to showcase in the store, we lose the ability to search that category on the store using that drop down menu on the right.  It forces you to go to Amazon to search.  The Store still gets a referral fee, but it's a real annoyance not being able to use that.

Think of Claire's Store pages as the main store and Amazon as the store room.  If you can't find what you're looking for on the shelves, we can always take a look in the back for ya.

The store has been updated!

We've got a new science fiction section!

And, we've added a bunch more titles to the children's section.

And, for you coffee lovers out there, we've got a coffee maker that not only uses no electricity (you'll have to heat the water another way), it's simple and supposedly makes a top notch cup of joe.

How about a TEOTWAWKI category? Lots of good books fit there, from Alas, Babylon to Footfall.

We could definitely add a 'Tech' section.  Only problem is that I don't know enough to be able to recommend specific titles.  That's where you guys come in.

If you have a suggestion that you think others would enjoy and it needs to be added, send me a PM and let me know.  If you've already done that, hit me over the head with a 2x4 please remind me again.  I've got a great memory, but it's awfully short.

It's not possible to search for books via Claire's store. I just tried and the search engine requires a category selection of which there is no selection for "Books". However the book I wanted was in Claire's store.

We know.  It's a pain in the ass thing with Amazon.

You cannot search Claire's Store for a book.  You have to go by category and look through the pages that way.  If it's something that we don't feature, such as 'Music' it'll allow you to search Amazon.

Think of the store as a portal to Amazon.  Anything you buy through it will get Claire a referral fee.  It doesn't matter whether or not that it's actually listed on her store's page or not.
