Claire's store is now live!!!

Go to http://www.clairewolfe.com/books.html for her books, the books you've suggested, movies, and much much more!  You name it!  If it's sold on Amazon, we can get it for you!

We'd appreciate it if whenever you need to buy something through Amazon, that you go through Claire's store.  She gets a referral fee for everything you order simply because you did it through her store.

And if there are other titles or items you'd like to see listed in the store, let us know!

Yes, she does!  If Amazon carries it, she'll get a referral fee.  Granted, it's not a lot, but if everyone uses her store to access Amazon, it adds up.  Every little bit counts!

The books and movies and other items that are listed are there to make your looking for them easier.  They are all things that TCFers would like and appreciate.  If there's something that you know of and you'd like to see it on there, let us know and we'll get it on the store for everyone else to possibly purchase as well.

As I mentioned before, if you use http://www.clairewolfe.com as your link to the site like I do, it makes it easy for you to see her blog, go to her store or even go to TCF.  I find it pretty convenient to do it that way.  Let's me do it all with only one link.

Thank you!  Both for the compliments and the purchases!

I had the same problem while building it.  I kept saying, "Oooh!!  I want that!   Wow!  And that, too!"  :D

And to make matters worse (or better depending on your outlook), that cursed "Similar Items" thingy kept showing titles that I'd never heard of that I wanted.  It's pretty darned accurate.  No more of that Sean Hannity/Bill O'Reilly crap popping up like it used to.

Oh, I forgot to add....

The books and videos you see on the front page of the store will be rotated around every so often so keep checking back!  You might just see something new!

THANK YOU, THUNDER!!!! It took me a while to find the store, as my browser's cache kept trying to toss up the old (and much less nice) bookstore page. Everybody should know that Thunder alone figured out and designed this store, using Amazon's new aStore template.

Thank you Henshawe, and anybody else who has already dropped in for a shop.

Thank you, Amazon.com whose new aStore is far, far, far, far (and did I mention FAR)more versatile and easier to update than our old links page. We'll be keeping a larger, more interesting, and more constantly varied bookstore from now on, thanks to the skills of both Thunder and Amazon.

I'm with you, though ... those similar-title links Amazon finds ... they're often a serious temptation.

Exactly, each time a person enters Amazon through any Amazon link on Wolfesblog (either Thunder's aStore or any of several others), we get a small commission (starting at 4 percent and going up, depending on monthly volume) on every item purchased during that single "shopping trip."

People have bought everything from table saws to camcorders via our links. Music CDs, clothes, you name it. It's a great thing to do because it costs the shopper nothing extra but keeps a little something all year coming toward the blog.

I saved that link to Amazon in my "favorites" so that anytime I go to Amazon, it is through Claire.  Even when I email someone a link to an item, I do it through Claire's link so that if they happen to buy it, maybe Claire will get a cut.

Updated the front page with 9 more items!

Among other things, we've got Enemies Foreign and Domestic, The Complete Tightwad Gazette and in the center square like on "Hollywood Squares" we have something near and dear to all TCFers, unlike Paul Lynde or Charles Nelson Reilly.
