Title: Yoper mounting CD's five times
Post by: mi6a2lm on September 05, 2006, 01:34:21 am
Every time I throw in a CD Yoper opens up five Konqueror windows of the same files - then to unmount I have to right-click and choose 'unmount' several times before I can eject the CD.  Is this easily solvable or not?  If not then I'll just live with it.

Look at /etc/fstab.

You might have multiple entries in there for your cd drive ( /dev/hdb or maybe hdc or hdd, depending on what controller it's on ).

Is it mounting them all at the same mount point, or are they mounted on different named mountpoints?

I'll check out /etc/fstab and look into the mount points.  I had Yoper installed once before and it didn't do this.
