Im no herpetologist, but this looks like a light phased "western longnosed snake" to me.

"A medium (18" to 40" ) snake with black saddles on a white or cream colored background. There are white speckles or spots within the black saddles on the sides. Pink, peach, or red coloration is present within the white areas on some individuals. Some individuals have black spots or speckles in the white areas. The belly is predominantly white or cream colored with some dark speckles near the sides."

Your pic shows a cream colored snake, with black stripes, and cream scales interspersed through the black... and if you look carefully, you can see a pinkish peach coloration in the cream bands near the tail tip.
