An incident in which a newbie shows up out of nowhere, acts suspiciously or presumptuously, and then huffs off when regular posters do no treat her as if she were their dearest friend from post one.
Term coined by Kirsten, who later inspired the terms Kirsten Flounce-Off, KFO, and K-Storm.
