First off you need to know that this is barely a book. It's almost a pamphlet, well I guess technically it is according to Dictionary.com, especially as far a page numbers goes. It also have a paper, well thin cardboard cover.
What matters however is the information it contains. For the neophyte, it discusses what barter is, the different types of barter, how to get good deal by barter, how to protect yourself from criminals, and how to attain self-reliance with barter.
If you're already a wheeler-dealer, then this book may have a lot of redundancies for you. But for those with no or so-so skills of bartering, then this book does have some tips and tricks to help.
Recommendation: ??? Depends. I've managed to get this book at a very deep discount, so I think that the tips and tricks alone is worth what I paid for it. But at the price I've seen Amazon and its affliates show may give you pause. Considering its size and barely a book. It is a topic that's going to be very much in demand after any financial collapse, especially when it may not be time to start using gold or silver yet. More like eggs and ammo and such. You will eventually need to barter as you'll forget to stock something or likely run out.
