Ten worst cars to take on a blind date
« on: August 24, 2008, 07:13:32 PM »

I've never posted in this section before, in fact I've never visited it before now, since I'm not un-attached, but in the spirit of 'helping out' my single friends, look at this...  http://jalopnik.com/5040119/ten-worst-cars-to-take-on-a-blind-date

That's a great reference!   Personally, I love to show up in a 27-year-old rattling diesel Mercedes with peeling paint.  THAT gets their attention!  :)))

My computer would not allow be to open the site, it must have been "R" rated.

Just guessing, a Yugo, maybe a Ford Festa?

Might depend on how old you are and if you're picking up a young lady who lives with her parents, that might be driving up in a herse, or a van with a matress in the back.

Any car you had to push to start.....

Minivan with a camper top?  Maybe only car but currently rigged up for city and definately NOT lived in?   A buddy has that for an only car and bugout, and RV tech he put most of it together himself............

There are some things about these lists that I hate even though they are humorous- they push the "be new/ Styled" or "conform" and similar buttons an awful lot.............

I think that the worst vehicle would be a panel van with MUFF DIVER painted on one side and NO FAT CHICKS painted on the other. Plus a bumper sticker that reads- FREE MUSTACHE RIDES or OBAMA 2008

Is a restored 30 year old off-road motorcycle the "wrong car"?
